Information provided to the patient is accessible, reliable, and communicated exclusively by the physician.

5. Free consent

Medical procedures can only be performed with the free and informed consent of the patient. The patient has the right to refuse any treatment.

6. Freedom to leave the clinic

The hospitalized person can leave the clinic at any time, against medical advice, after being informed of possible risks.

7. Respect for the patient

The hospitalized person is treated with respect. Beliefs are respected, and privacy and tranquility are preserved.

8. Confidentiality of patient information

Respect for privacy is guaranteed, as well as the confidentiality of personal, administrative, medical, and social information.

9. Access to information

The hospitalized person (or their legal representatives) has direct access, through the treating physician, to health information concerning them.

10. Compliance with the clinic's internal regulations

The patient is required to comply with the clinic's internal regulations (no smoking on its premises, respect hygiene rules, maintain tranquility, and preserve the property of the establishment).

Hospitalization Services :

Visits are allowed until 9 p.m.

The number of visitors is limited to two people per room.

Intensive Care Unit:

Visits are allowed from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. only for ascendants and descendants.

Visits are prohibited for children under 10 years old.
